MRISAR's Robot Instructor Chibi-chan Exhibits
When a touch pad is activated Instructor Chibi-chan’s crystal domes light up and begin changing color as she starts to move in horizontal and vertical patterns, pausing next to each of the graphic frames. When she stops at a frame, it illuminates from behind and Instructor Chibi-chan begins to gesture as she recites the text in the frame.
This is an exciting way to engage the attention of students while teaching them. It also assists in the learning experience of those who cannot read or have low vision. The image shows only one of the many topic versions of Instructor Chibi-chan. You can order a custom subject topic. This exhibit is designed to be visually stunning, educational and usable by virtually any age of museum visitor. As with all of our robotic exhibits this one also conveys a wide variety of elements that are important to STEM education. Three sides of the upper frame of the exhibit are made of clear poly-carbonate for added visibility. The exhibit is configured as a demonstration to illustrate robotics. It is 35” deep x 8’ wide x 72” high. |
